Tom O’Grady

Founder of Carlisle Strategy Partners, LLC

Tom has over twenty years of experience with expertise in product strategy consulting, helping companies identify marketable product concepts, define product strategies and roadmaps, lead development efforts, and create go-to-market plans.

Prior to Carlisle Strategy Partners, Tom was a AVP of Product Realization with Cognizant’s Digital Works Practice where he partnered with clients to identify product opportunities, develop product visions and proofs of concept, and manage design and development efforts. He was an Executive Strategy Director at Frog Design where he played a multifaceted role as product realization specialist in the Innovation Strategy Group, leading engagements across the full continuum of the product lifecycle. Previously, he worked with Infosys Consulting, Wipro, BusinessEdge Solutions and NerveWire.

Tom earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Business, an MS Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a BA from Kenyon College.
